猫杯状病毒的分离鉴定及其全基因组的序列分析
SEQUENCE ANALYSIS OF THE COMPLETE GENOME OF FELINE CALICIVIRUS ISOLATE

Abstract
A feline calicivirus strain GX01-2013 was isolated by inoculating nasal swabs of diseased cats into MDCK cells. The complete sequence of the GX01-2013 strain was amplified in RT-PCR and analyzed. Its complete genome was 7704 bp in length. The nucleotide homology was 82.3%with HRB-SS strain. Phylogenetic analysis of capsid protein revealed that GX01-2013 was distant from the vaccine strains (F9, F4, 225 and 2024) as their overall similarity of amino acids ranged from 84.2% to 87.7%. In addition, no geographical difference was found among these strains. This study also revealed that four amino acid sites associated with virus neutralization altered in the E region (426-521aa) of the capsid gene.关键词
