猫传染性鼻气管炎病毒的分离与鉴定
ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF FELINE INFECTIOUS RHINOTRACHEITIS VIRUSES

Abstract
Five isolates of feline infectious rhinotracheitis virus strains were identified in the present study using immunology, chemistry and biology methods. gD sequences had no mutations these isolates grew in F81 cells only and caused noticeable cell lesions. The viruses did not agglutinate red blood cells of cats, cocks, human o type, cattle, pigs, rabbits and sheep. The viral liability was sensitive to pH3.0, organic solvent and heating at 60℃. The plaque forming unit was determined to be 3×106PFU/mL, and TCID50 was 10-5.0TCID50/0.1mL. In conclusion, these five feline infectious rhinotracheitis viruses resembled with previously isolated strains.关键词
