红鳍笛鲷(Lutjanus erythopterus)精巢发育的组织学研究

Abstract
In order to understand fish reproductive performance and provide the reference for the artificial propagation and breeding, the current study, investigted the testis development of red snapper (Lutjanus erythopterus )based on the technology of paraffin section and hematoxylin-eosin staining. The results showed that red snapper testis are lobular type, and the process of the spermatogenesis were consisted of five periods including spermatogonium, primary spermatocyte, secondary spermatocyte, and spermatid.The process of spermiogenesis refined the differentiation of spermatid into sperm. According to the histological structure, the testis development was divided into 5 stages. Testis Stage 1 was happened on 3~4 months, which the spermatogonia dispersed among the connective tissue cells. Testis stage 2 was happened on 5~6 months, which the spermatogonia distributed in the testis in clusters and the clustered spermatogonia were the initially seminiferous tubules. Testis stage 3 was happened on 6~9 months, which the seminiferous tubules appeared lumen and the seminiferous epithelia were composed of the same type of primary spermatocytes and secondary spermatocytes, besides spermatogonia. Testis stage 4 was happened on 10 months, which the seminiferous epithelia were composed of primary spermatocytes, secondary spermatocytes, spermatids, besides spermatogonia at the outer edge of the seminiferous tubules and a very small amount of sperm in the lumen. Testis stage 5 was happened on 16 months, which the seminiferous tubules lumen and ampule of deferent duct were filled with mature spermatozoa.关键词
