非诺贝特对卵形鲳鲹PPARα及CPTI基因表达的影响
Effects of Fenofibrate on Relatively Expression of Gene PPAR α and CPTI

Abstract
Thefenofibrate solution with concentration of 20, 50,100 mg/kg were injected into the abdomenofTrachinotus ovatus respectively, and the expression of genePPAR alpha andCPTIin livers and muscles were analyzed by RT-PCR, and the effects oftheagonistson relativelyexpression ofPPARαandCPTI gene was studied.Theresult showed that the expression ofPPAR α in group 50 mg/kg is significant higher than that in other groups(P<0.05), andCPTIhad higher expression in group 20mg/kg (P<0.05).The expression ofPPARαandCPTI gene had no significant difference in PBS group(P>0.05), but the expression ofPPAR α in group 50 mg/kgfirstly increased and decreased and thenreturned to the initial level trend finally as time changed.Meantime,the expression ofCPTIgenefell after rose and then rose at lastas the time gone by.The highest expression appeared at 30h afterinjection in livers and the highest expression appeared at 18h in muscles(P<0.05).Theexpression of genePPAR alphain livers and muscles withfenofibrate solution is higher than thatwith PBS.In conclusion,the fenofibrate can inducethe expression of PPAR α, but thecorrelation of the expression betweenPPAR α andCPTIisnot obviously.关键词
