饲料胆固醇对军曹鱼幼鱼生长、血液生化指标及脂代谢的影响
Effects of Dietary Cholesterol Level on Growth Performance, Blood Biochemical Parametersand Lipid Metabolismof Juvenile Cobia (Rachycentron canadum)

Abstract
Cobia (Rachycentron canadum L.)with body weight (24±0.19) g were fed withdiets(Soybean meal 33%,Casein 17%,Fish meal 15%)containing six levels ofcholesterol(mass fraction is0.0%, 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.2%, 1.6% and 2.0%,respectively) for 8 weeks.The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects ofdietary cholesterol supplementation on growth performance, body composition,serum biochemical indexand enzymes activity of fat metabolism. The results showed that the weight gain rate (WGR),survival rate (SR),andfeed conversion ratio (FCR) got better in group 0.4%, with the difference from the controlat level ofP>0.05,P<0.05andP>0.05, respectively, and thethreeindex got worse with the increase of cholesterol supplementation.Thehepatosomatic index(HSI),viscerasomatic index(VSI), and ratio of liver lesion tend to had an increase tendency inexperimental groups.Thecrude lipidsof whole body andliver changed similar to growth index, namely increased in group 0.0%-0.4% and declined in group 0.4%-2.0%.The crude protein of whole bodyshowed an increased tendency and cholesterol in liver had a trend from decline to rise, but themoisture and ashchanged weakly (P>0.05).The plasma total cholesterol (TC) and LDL-C were elevated.The activity of hormone-sensitive triglyceride lipase (HSL) in livershoweda trend from riseto decline.These results suggested that dietary cholesterol might improve the growth ranged from supplement 0-0.4% and affect the fat metabolism of cobia. Too much dietary cholesterol could bring saturated toxic effectsand growth inhibitionto cobia. Based onSR,accordingto cubic polynomial analysis, theoptimum dietary cholesterol level was 0.566%.关键词
