摘要

Abstract

Using MATLAB and ANSYS Maxwell 2D, the design of an 60 kW IPMSM by field-circuit coupled method was accomplished, as well as the calculation of several key electromagnetic parameters including back EMF, effective pole-arc coefficient, no-load leakage flux coefficient and d-q axis inductance. Efficiency map was also drawn through the simulation and experimental data of the prototype motor. These work verified the feasibility of the design.
