基于中医路径指导下疾病治疗的临床研究
The Clinical Research of Disease Treatment under the Guidance of TCM Pathway

Abstract
Objective:Chose three diseases (renal calculus, prostatic hyperplasia, flandular cystitis), by comparing the hospitalization time and other related factors after the implement of the clinical pathway of TCM and western medicine during their hospitalization, to investigate the laws of TCM clinical pathway, in order to provide basis for the decision-making of administrative department to make it conducive to the development of tradition-al Chinese medicine. Methods:The patients with prostatic hyperplasia, flandular cystitis, renal calculus who were treated in our hospital from Jan 2013 to Sep 2015 were chosen, separately implemented TCM clinical pathway and western medicinie clinical pathway, and compared the related fac-tors of efficacy and expenses. Results:In the three diseases, only the TCM clinical pathway of renal calculus could shorten the hospitalization time, extremely reduce the total expenses, and effectively improve the symptoms and satisfaction of patients;the average hospitalization time and hospital-ization expenses of the TCM clinical pathway of prostatic hyperplasia, flandular cystitis were all higher than those of western medicine clinical path-way. Conclusion:There are still many deficiencies in the implementation of TCM clinical pathway, the formulation of the pathway need to combine the law of diseases, diseases that are unsophisticated and few complications can achieve expected effect by implementation of clinical pathway;in clinical practice, it needs continuous analysis and optimization to improve TCM clinical pathway, to achieve the expected effect.关键词
