Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique as well as Chinese medicine soaking on pain and motor dysfunction of hemiplegia shoulder pain after stroke. Methods:120 cases of hemiplegia shoulder pain after stroke were randomly di-vided into treatment group, acupuncture group and soaking group with each of 40 cases, respectively adopted scalp acupuncture combined with reha-bilitation technique and Chinese herbal soaking, scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique, Chinese medicine soaking, NRS scores, upper limb motor function Fugl-Meyer scores and adverse reactions of three group were compared. Results:NRS scores of three groups after treat-ment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.01), treatment group significantly lower than acupuncture group and soaking group (P<0.01);Fugl-Meyer scores of three groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.01), and treatment group sig-nificantly higher than acupuncture group and soaking group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation technique combined with Chinese medicine soaking can effectively alleviate hemiplegia shoulder pain after stroke, and improve the motor dysfunction of upper limb.关键词
