摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Kinesio taping for thumb adduction in children with spastic hemiplegia. Methods:80 cases of chil-dren with spastic hemiplegia who were received from May 2014 to Sep 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases), the control group treated by conventional rehabilitation training, while the observation group combined with Kinesio taping on the basis of conventional training, after 10 weeks of treatment measured the AROM of radial abduction of carpometacarpal joint and evaluated the scores of Carroll double upper extremity function test then compared the situation before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, the AROM and Car-roll scores of both groups were significantly increased compared with those before treatment (P<0.01), and the AROM and Carroll scores of observa-tion group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Kinesio taping can improve the activity degree of the thumb of children with spastic hemiplegia and their fine functions of hands.关键词
