摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the adverse reactions of DTaP, HIB and Minhai Quadruple vaccine inoculation. Methods:200 cases of healthy in-fants were randomly divided into group A and group B, the group A inoculated single DTaP and HIB, while group B inoculated Minhai quadruple vaccine, compared the adverse reactions of two groups. Results:In 48 hours after inoculation, there was no statistical significance between the occur-rence of adverse reactions of two groups (P>0.05);there was no statistical significance between the occurrence of adverse reactions in each inocula-tion of two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:The adverse reactions of Minhai quadruple vaccine is similar to conventional single vaccine inoculation, but the immune procedure is simplified, deserves promotion.关键词
