Abstract
[ ABSTRACT] To solve the problems that the poor igniting consistency of fuse head affect the accuracy of the electronic detonator, a circuit testing ignition voltage and ignition time of fuse head was designed. Igniting consistency of ignition voltage and ignition time of fuse head based on LDNP with different bridge wire diameters was tested. Results show that ignition voltage, ignition time and standard deviation of ignition time decrease with the decreasing of the bridge wire diame-ter to a certain range. When bridge wire diameter is reduced to 16 μm, there is a large fluctuation for ignition voltage, and blind fire appears. Fuse head with a bridge wire diameter of 18 μm has a better consistency of ignition voltage and smaller standard deviation of ignition time, which meets the performance requirements of the electronic detonator.关键词
