Abstract
[ ABSTRACT] Performances of air milling silicon powder, ball milling silicon powder and high purity silica fume were analyzed. Air milling silicon powder was selected to examine the effect of its formulation, particle size and mixing time on the performances of delay composition. Experiment results indicate that, for air milling silicon powder, the purity is moderate, the size distribution is the most concentrated and the delay accuracy is the highest, which are better meet requirements of the manufacture of Si-series delay composition. Air milling silicon powder with different particle size can be used for Si-series delay composition of different burning rate. In the absence of antimony trisulfide the delay accuracy of the high-latency Si-series delay composition can be remarkably improved.关键词
