我国政府绩效管理参与主体结构研究--基于8个试点地区的实证分析
A Study on the Participation Subject of Government Performance Management in China- An Empirical Analysis Based on 8 Pilot Areas

Abstract
The primary problem of standardization development of local government performance management is to define the participation subject .In 2011 ,the State Council approved the 8 local governments to carry out the pilot work of government performance management .Based on the analysis of the main contents of the above-mentioned documents ,the paper concludes that there are four types of participation subject of the local government performance management :they are subject of management ,subject of evaluation ,subject of using performance evaluation results and subject of the data acquisition .This paper analyses the composition ,powers and duties as well as the relationship of the four subjects ,and puts forward suggestions to improve the performance management of local government .关键词
