Abstract
At present, China's economy is in a downward trend, forcing the traditional industries and enterprises to speed up transformation and upgrade immediately. At the time of transformation and upgrading, the main obstacle is difficult and expen-sive financing. Many factors lead to this problem. With small and micro enterprise financing problems in Chaohu City as the ex-ample, the article explores in depth how to solve the financing difficulties under the new norm, seeking a new idea and a new method for difficult and expensive financing.关键词
