摘要

Abstract

There are a variety of ways to implement the case methods in the case-based teaching of Private International Law. To foster the students'legal thinking ability and realize the goal of teaching, teachers should focus on the typical cases of private international law and appropriately apply approaches of the case-based teaching such as lecture-style case method, interactivi-ty-oriented case method and whole-course case method, by which case-based teaching can feature an integration of the objec-tive, content and teaching method in its case analysis and valuation.
