摘要
Abstract
From the perspective of development history of social work,social work administration has been accompanied,achieved basic and expansion function in service to community.But there are also such potential limitations as organizational cost,limited ration-ality,target substitution and incentive mechanism which are not caused attention.With adapting to plan,system and professional devel-opment trend,social work administration will adjust and reconstruct according to environmental situation,to form new administrative structure and relationship,and to improve various functions.关键词
