重力热管内水相变换热的数值模拟
Number simulation of phase-change heat transfer in a gravity heat pipe charged with water
摘要
Abstract
According to CFD modelling,this article analyes the characteristics of phase-change heat transfer in a gravity heat pipe charged with water;researches the influence of different input power to the heat transfer when the filling rate is 35%;also researches the influence of different filling rate to the heat transfer when the input power is 2 000 W.In or-der to ensure the accuracy of the simulation,simulation results are compared with the ex-periment.Simulation shows that the thermal resistance of gravity heat pipe decreases with the increase of the input power,and increases with the increase of the filling rate within the scope of the simulation parameters.The error between simulation results and experiment is below 8%,which proved the feasibility of applying CFD to heat pipe heat exchanger.关键词
