摘要

Abstract

In order to utilize the microbial oil production in fermentation of hydrolysis liquid of kitchen garbage economically and efficiently,heat pretreatment,acid and alkali pretreat-ment,and oxygen content pretreatment in different conditions was performed for the raw liquor to find the best pretreatment conditions of producing microbial oil by fermentation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae As2.5 1 6.The results showed that the optimum temperature of heat pretreatment was 60 ℃,the percentage of reducing sugar and the content of amino acid nitrogen in the hydrolysis liquid of kitchen garbage after two-hour pretreatment at 60 ℃peaked to 3.780 4% and 0.539 mg/mL respectively.In the acid and alkali pretreatment at pH value 2 to 1 1,the two indicators witnessed the highest were 3.210 4%,0.889 mg/mL respectively when the pH value of the initial liquid was 8.Compared to aerobiotic condition, the percentage of reducing sugar and the content of amino acid nitrogen of the raw liquor of kitchen garbage which was pretreated 24 hours in the facultative anaerobe condition were higher,achieving 3.221%,0.56 mg/mL respectively.The Saccharomyces cerevisiae As 2.5 1 6 was placed in a 1L fermentator to ferment under the optimum conditions acquired from the experiment-the initial addition of hydrolysis liquid of kitchen garbage 90% (V/V ), the agitation speed 150 r/min,aeration rate 2.5 L/min and the fermentation cycle 7 d,and the oil production was high as 26.86%.
