天然高褪黑素牛奶生产技术
Technology for Production of Cow’ s Milk Rich in Naturally Expressed Melatonin
摘要
Abstract
Melatonin is an indolamine neuroendorcine hormone secreted by pineal gland and has a variety of phy siological functions, such as improving the human sleeping quality, strengthening the immunity, anti-aging and antine oplastic.Ordinary milk contains low content of naturally xepressed melatonin, but the milk produced in nighttime by lig ht control technology has a higher content of naturally experssed melatonin.This article sum-marized the melatonin sy nthetic process, biological functions, effects on human helath, and production tech-nology of high content of naturall y expressed melatonin milk to provide references to furtherdevelopment of the technology for enhancing melatonin cont ent in cow’ s milk.关键词
