miRNAs 对热应激畜禽调控的分子机制
Anti-Heatstress Mechanism of miRNAs in Livestock and Poultry
摘要
Abstract
Animal behavior and physiological function were changed under heat stress.miRNAs contained ap-proximately 22 nucleotides in length regulated target gene of heat-stressed animal at the post-transcriptional lev-el.This article mainly reviewed the effects of differential miRNAs expression on growth and apoptosis of heat stress cell, and the regulation of miRNAs on immunity, anti-stress responses, organic damage, performance and fertility, etc, and their mechanisms.关键词
