Synthesis and Optical Properties of CdTe:Eu Quantum Dots
摘要
Abstract
Using 1-octadecene as high-temperature reaction solvent, Eu-doped CdTe quantum dots were synthesized. The europium precursor was prepared by dissolving europium chloride into tributyl phosphate. Cadmium precursor solution was prepared by dissolving cadmium acetate into oleyl-amine, and Te precursor solution was prepared by dissolving tellurium powder into trioctylphos-phine. CdTe and CdTe∶Eu quantum dot were obtained at 200 ℃. The experiment results indicate that the fluorescence peaks of the quantum dots show obvious red shift with the increasing of europi-um content, but extra europium will lead to the decrease of fluorescence intensity.关键词
