基于改进GM(1,1)模型的网络流量预测与仿真
On prediction and simulation of network traffic by using improved GM(1, 1)model

Abstract
Network traffic prediction is the premise and foundation for network design, management, control and optimization. Aiming at the trend that majority of current network traffic appears close to cyclical changes, the paper presents a method that after the original datax(0)is mapped into a sine function(x(0)=siny(0)y(0)=arcsin x(0)), original datay(0)can be applied into GM(1,1)model for network traffic prediction, which avoids the shortcoming of monotonic prediction by using GM(1,1)model. Simulation results show the prediction accuracy by using the presented model is significantly higher than that by using GM(1,1)model, indicating its application value to some extent.关键词
