部分市售茶叶中氟含量的测定及分析OA
Determination and analysis of fluoride content in certa in tea
用氟离子选择电极法检测市售各类茶叶(绿茶、红茶、乌龙茶、普洱茶)中氟的含量。结果表明:四大类茶叶中普洱茶的氟含量相对较高,在180~240 mg·kg-1之间;红茶的氟含量相对较低且相差不大,在80~105 mg·kg-1之间;绿茶中的崂山绿茶氟含量相对较高,达274.16mg·kg-1,其他3种绿茶的氟含量均较低,其中鼎湖山珠茶为54.64 mg·kg-1;乌龙茶中4种茶叶的氟含量相差较大,其中潮安单枞茶王氟含量相对较低为48.58 mg·kg…查看全部>>
The fluoride content in some kinds of tea was determined by fluorine selective electrode method. The results showed the fluorine content in Pu\’er tea was relatively higher, the average value was among 180~240 mg·kg-1. While the fluorine content in Black tea was lower, the average value was between 80 ~105 mg·kg-1.
