LED灯具红外热成像温度测量技术应用研究
Research on application of infrared thermal imager temperature measurement technology of LED lamp
摘要
Abstract
The temperature is the key factors affecting the LED Lamps longevity of life, high quality and reliability etc. LED lamps. Temperature measurement in LED lighting development process is rather vital. The analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the current several kinds of main methods of temperature measurement, especially shows the advantages of infrared thermal imager; study on the influence factors of the infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement of environmental temperature, surface emissivity and measurement distance, aiming at increasing the measurement accuracy. The results of the practical study show that, when the infrared thermal camera using in an accurate way, the measurement result is very accurate, it can shorten the temperature measuring time of lamp development process and improve the accuracy of measurement results, it is of great help to the development and design of lamps and lanterns.关键词
