完全腔镜下分化型甲状腺癌根治术的临床应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the feasibility of thyroid surgery with endoscope and method of avoiding nerve injury and parathyoid injury during operation. Method Take a completely breast areola approach, chest and areola approach to complete 69 cases of thyroid carcinoma under endoscope. 69 cases were all success, no converted to open surgery. 1 case of parathyroid injury happened, coma and convulsions, giving calcium to improve. 2 cases of laryngeal recurrent nerve paralysis occured, voice hoarse, giving physical therapy to make better. It took an average recovery time about 1-4 months, 4 cases of postoperative blood separation clearance, after a month. All patients were satiefied with the cosmetic effect of incision. no recurrence in the postoperative follow-up within 20 months/ Conclusion on the basis of skillfully matered the endoscopy surgery of thyoid benign tumor disease, combined with thyroid cancer radical operation skills, and mastered the operation indications strictly, radical operation of differention thyroid carcinoma with endoscope is safe and reliable, and the cosmetic effect is remarkable.关键词
