老年患者骨质疏松合并胸腰椎压缩性骨折保守治疗护理探讨OA
A discussion on the expectant nursing treatment for the aged with osteoporosis and thoracic waist expectant compression fracture
目的：探讨老年骨质疏松患者合并胸腰椎压缩性骨折的非手术治疗的护理。方法回顾性分析120例骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者非手术保守治疗期间护理情况，并对期间生命体征监测、病情变化观察、康复指导及出院健康宣教方法进行探讨。结果120例患者经过有效保守治疗恢复良好，无并发症发生，随访满意。结论行之有效的身心护理是老年骨质疏松患者合并胸腰椎压缩性骨折的康复必要条件之一，明显缩短了康复的时间，取得满意的效果。
