拆卸序列规划中子装配体的识别与生成
Identifying and generating subassemblies in disassembly sequence planning
摘要
Abstract
Subassembly identification is an effective method for solving the problem of “combinato‐rial explosion” in disassembly sequence planning .In order to identify and generate subassembly accurately and effectively ,an algorithm of identifying and generating subassemblies in disassembly sequence planning (DSP) was proposed based on graph models and judgment matrices (GMJM ) after analyzing contacts ,connections and interferences between the parts in the assembly and cor‐responding models and matrices .Elements in subassembly collection could be added utilizing graph models and could be decreased utilizing judgment matrices ,that was to say ,firstly potential subassembly collection was generated retrieving the graph models in terms of criteria of subas‐sembly recognition ,then the assemblies that didn't conform to principles of continuity ,stability and feasibility in terms of matrix determination formula ,and the final subassembly collection con‐sisting of ideal number that met the standards of weight ,homogeneity and value would be ob‐tained .The case of gear reducer showed the feasibility and effectiveness of the method .关键词
