旋流燃烧煤粉锅炉主要烟气组分及分布规律试验
Experiments on Main Flue Gas Components and Distribution Regularities for Pulverized Coal-fired Boiler with Swirling Combustion

Abstract
In order to study factors influencing generation of H2 S in opposed-firing boiler,flue gas components and tempera-tures closed to the side wall are measured with different loads and setting values of oxygen contents. Experimental results in-dicate that the water cooling wall plays a cooling role on combustor closed to the side wall while has little effect on other combustors. Secondly,reducing atmosphere is the essential condition for existence of H2 S and fractional combustion of air in the furnace may produce reducing atmosphere in combustor areas. Thirdly,when volume fractions of O2 and NO near to the side wall are both low,sulfur in pulverized coal may produce H2 S instead of SO2 ,and gas flow washing the wall may cause high temperature corrosion of the water cooling wall. At last,H2 S of the side wall of the boiler is less at the time of full load and high setting values of oxygen contents while H2 S closed to the side wall may sharply increase when setting values of oxy-gen contents are lower.关键词
