Prediction Method for Catalyst Performance of SCR Denitrification System and Its Practice
选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)脱硝系统催化剂运行时间延长后,受飞灰堵塞、冲蚀和化学中毒等影响,活性逐步降低,脱硝性能逐渐降低,需要进行催化剂性能预测以指导催化剂的增加或者更换。基于实验室测试条件,催化剂活性测试结果并不能完全反映脱硝反应器的实际情况,为此,提出利用脱硝系统现场性能测试数据对实验室数据加以修正的方法,即把催化剂的实验室测试数据来掌握催化剂活性下降的速度,而脱硝系统的现场测试数据用…查看全部>>
