摘要

Abstract

In allusion to the problem of easy oil-taking of the generator in commissioning course of some 1 000 MW nuclear power unit,ANSYS FLUENT 14.0 software is used to respectively conduct numerical simulation analysis on oil return of two kinds of oil return pipes with bent-tube type structure and direct tube type structure in defoaming boxes of nuclear power unit and thermal power unit. It is discovered that there are air blocking in both oil return pipes when the generator is not pressur-ized which may cause blocked oil return and risk of oil-taking. Based on further numerical simulation results,solution of o-pening hole for exhausting on the bent-tube typed oil return pipe is proposed. In addition,influence of aperture on oil return is studied and optimal aperture is worked out.
