摘要

Abstract

In view of the situation that some newly constructed large units cancel over-speed control (OPC)function and me-chanical emergency trip devices,this paper analyzes logical judgement of load shedding recognition of Siemens SPPA-T3000 system and operation mode of its digital electric hydraulic (DEH)control system after its action by combining an event of once instantaneous power grid fault of some 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit which caused the unit over-speed. It points out after making quantitative analysis on changes of parameters in quick closing function of the governing valve that load shed-ding is not the only reason for quick closing of the governing valve,and it also concludes possible reasons for closing of the governing valve.
