摘要

Abstract

Conventional electrostatic precipitator (ESP)is used for dust removal for 350 MW coal-fire unit in some power plant. In order to meet new environmental protection requirements,related transform is finished,and main measures in-clude changing original power source of the ESP into new typed pulse power source,retrofitting tubular economizer to high-efficiency H typed fin economizer and newly increasing low-temperature economizer in the front of the ESP. MgO spraying desulfurization technic is used for the absorption tower and a tubular demister is newly installed below the two-stage demister in the upper absorption tower. Result of performance experiment on the flue-gas desulfurization (FGD)system indicates that mass concentration of dust in purified flue gas at the exit of FGD system reaches to 6.5 mg/m3 ,This value is less than the emissron starclads promulgated by the state.
