变电站测控装置运行参数统一化配置方法
Configuration Method for Unification of Operational Parameters of Measuring and Control Devices in Substation
摘要
Abstract
In substation automation system,IEC 61 850 standard greatly promotes standardization degrees of equipment mod-els,but it doesn’t systematically stipulate operational parameters of measuring and control devices. Therefore,there are great differences of measuring and control devices from different manufacturers in aspects of parameter expression ,config-uration modes,menu hierarchies,and so on. Based on standardized modeling for configuration parameters,a kind of con-figuration method for unification of operational parameters of measuring and control devices is proposed and unified configu-ration tools are developed,which could use manufacturing message specification (MMS)protocol to read configuration pa-rameters online and make batch modification and issue,so as to eliminate differences of operational parameters and configu-ration modes of different measuring and control devices,as well as improve working efficiency. Meanwhile,a kind of rapid positioning method for secondary circuit of telemetry signals,remote signalling signals and remote control signals of substa-tion is proposed.关键词
