摘要

Abstract

Job competency model, as a kind of talent management model which can enhance the core competi-tiveness of the organization, has been widely recognized by many enterprises and institutions. This paper applies com-petency theory into the computer network professional talent training and curriculum reform, refining the post compe-tency elements, building a typical model of computer network talent competency, and exploring the computer network professional typical post ability and professional quality training system, so as to provide references for the enhance-ment of the core competitiveness of students and the improvement of the quality of personnel training.
