Abstract
The identity of English majors in normal institutes on the profession of teacher has a direct influence on their teaching beliefs and career orientation. However, there are some problems with the identity of free normal students, which hinders the improvement of the teaching ability of teachers. On the basis of the connotation of teachers' professional identity theory, this paper systematically describes the present situation and countermeasures of teachers' professional identity, in order to further improve the teacher's professional identity and the teaching ability of normal students.关键词
