河北战略性新兴产业发展背景下高职人才培养创新研究

Abstract
Strategic emerging industries is a new concept on the basis of China's national conditions, the "strategic" and "emerging" of which are very important to the development of national economy in China. However, the large scale industry has not been formed and the professional talent is inadequate, which causes a certain influ-ence on the development of emerging industries. Therefore, the cultivation of practical vocational talents for develop-ment of strategic emerging industry has drawn more attention in colleges and universities in our country. This article mainly analyzes the innovative strategy of talents cultivation under the background of strategic emerging industry de-velopment in Hebei province.关键词
