Abstract
The transformation of teaching activities in private colleges and universities from the original teaching and application oriented to the application and innovation oriented aims to the cultivation of innovative talents. And the key to the transition is how to build a high-quality teaching staff. Transformation is both an opportunity and a challenge for teachers in private colleges and universities. In view of the existing problems in the construction of the teaching staff, this paper analyzes how to carry out the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities in the transition period.关键词
