摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of dignity therapy on self-esteem related stress and hope levels of patients with liver cancer.Methods 80 cases of liver cancer were treated with dignity therapy on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing care.Recorded the changes of self-esteem related stress and hope levels before and after treatment.Obtained the conclusion after the statistical test.Result After treatment,selfesteem related stress and hope levels in patients significantly improved,with statistically significant differences before and after treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusion Dignity therapy in the treatment of liver cancer patients on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing care can significantly improve hope level,reduce self-esteem related stress level,significantly improve patients' negative emotions to guarantee their quality of life and mental health.关键词
