单侧锁定钛板与单侧加内后侧小支撑钛板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的疗效分析
Analysis of curative effect of unilateral locking titanium plate and unilateral posterior support with small titanium plate in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture

Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of lateral locking titanium plate and lateral locking titanium plate combined with the rear supporting of small titanium plate internal fixation in the treatment of patients with complex tibial plateau fracture.Methods 20 cases of complex tibial plateau fracture treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected as the object of clinical study and divided into 2 groups with 10 cases in each group with the computer random method.All patients adopted anterolateral and anterolateral combined with posteromedial approach,by golf locking titanium plate and golf locking titanium plate + "T" shape titanium plate internal fixation for the treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture.Control group received unilateral locking titanium plate internal fixation,while study group received bilateral titanium plate internal fixation.Results There were no statistically significant differences in operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,range of motion of knee joint,fracture healing time between two groups;the therapeutic effect of study group was better than that of control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions Lateral locking titanium plate combined with the rear supporting of small titanium plate internal fixation for complex tibial plateau fracture (Ⅴ and Ⅵ type) patients can obtain good therapeutic effect;but unilateral locking titanium plate internal fixation in the treatment of patients with Ⅴ type tibial plateau fracture can also obtain good therapeutic effect,with the same exact curative effect,worthy of application.关键词
