对冠状动脉支架植入术后患者实施延续护理的研究
The study of continuous nursing care for patients after coronary stent implantation

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing care for patients after coronary stent implantation.Methods 114 patients after coronary stent implantation in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.57 cases in control group were given routine nursing care,while 57 cases in experimental group were given continuous nursing intervention measures on the basis of control group.Compared self care ability,adverse events,the quality of life and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results After intervention,self care ability score increased in experimental group,which was higher than that in control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05);the rate of adverse events of experimental group was 14.0％,lower than 26.3％ of control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05);after intervention,life quality score increased in experimental group,which was higher than that in control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05);the satisfaction rate of experimental group was 94.7％,higher than 80.7％ of control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing care has significant effect for patients after coronary stent implantation,with good self care ability,less adverse events,high quality of life and nursing satisfaction,worthy of clinical choice.关键词
