Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of estrogen and progesterone combined with Bushen Huoxue decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.Methods 160 cases of premature ovarian failure in our hospital from January 2013 to April 2015 were randomly divided into two groups.Control group was treated with estrogen and progesterone,and experimental group was treated with Bushen Huoxue decoction on the basis of control group.Clinical symptoms and clinical indicators of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The incidences of night sweats,hot flashes significantly increased 6 months after treatment compared with those at the end of treatment in control group (7.5％ vs.0％,10％ vs.1.25％),with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The incidences of vaginal dryness,decreased libido in experimental group at the end of treatment and 6 months after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group (2.5％ vs.13.75％,28.75％ vs.48.75％;6.25％ vs.21.25％,32.5％ vs.57.5％),with statistically significant differences (P＜0.01).The levels of FSH,LH significantly increased 6 months after treatment compared with those at the end of treatment in control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.01);the levels of FSH,LH 6 months after treatment in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,the levels of E2,INH-B at the end of treatment and 6 months after treatment were significantly higher that those in control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.01).Conclusion The curative effect of estrogen and progesterone combined with Bushen Huoxue decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian failure is significant,with reference.关键词
