摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore operative cooperation techniques of laparoscopy combined with choledochfiberscope choledocholithotomy.Method Summarized the operative cooperation experience in 100 cases of laparoscopy combined with choledochfiberscope choledocholithotomy.Results 1 00 cases of surgery succeeded.The operation time was 115-240 minutes,bleeding volume was 10-50 ml,the surgical instrument during operation was in good condition,with compact operative cooperation.There was no operative converted or delayed,no operative complications such as trocar infection or pneumohypoderma.Conclusion The key point of successful operation are adequate preoperative preparation,perfect operative cooperation and good instruments condition.关键词
