Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of psychological nursing care intervention in patients with early threatened abortion.Methods 80 patients with early threatened abortion admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to March 2015 were collected,and divided into two groups according to whether psychological nursing care intervention would be used on patients or not.Control group was treated with conventional nursing;experimental group was treated with psychological nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The anxiety and depression score before and after intervention,perinatal adverse reactions,pregnancy outcome,nursing satisfaction were compared.Results SAS score and SDS score of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group after intervention [(22.38±4.62)vs.(35.49±5.77),(21.05±4.11)vs.(33.37±5.17)],with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions of experimental group was significantly lower than that of comrol group (15.0％ vs.50.0％),the success rate of embryo protection was significantly higher than that of control group (90.0％ vs.67.5％),with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.01).The nursing satisfaction in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.01).Conclusion The application effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients with early threatened abortion is significant,which can improve patients' satisfaction,of reference in clinical practice.关键词
