Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cerebrospinal fluid replacement combined with intrathecal drug injection for patients with tuberculous meningitis.Methods 91 patients with tuberculous meningitis were selected as study objects and randomly divided into a control group (n=45),treated with conventional anti-TB treatment,and an observation group (n=46),treated with cerebrospinal fluid replacement and intrathecal drug injection.The clinical efficacies were compared between these two groups.Results After the treatment,the total efficacy was 95.7％ in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).The indicators of cerebrospinal fluid and symptomrelief time were better in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusions Cerebrospinal fluid replacement combined with intrathecal drug injection for patients with tuberculous meningitis can promote the recovery of their cerebrospinal fluid indicators and effectively improve their prognosis and is worth for clinical application.关键词
