Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing care in the prevention of asymptomatic DVT in patients after hip replacement.Methods 88 patients undergoing hip replacement were randomly selected and divided into an observation group,receiving evidence-based nursing care,and a control group,receiving routine nursing care,according to different care ways.The incidences of asymptomatic DVT were compared between these two groups.Results The incidence of asymptomatic DVT was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (18.18％ vs.34.09％),with a statistical difference (P ＜0.05).Conclusions Evidence-based nursing care for patients after hip replacement can effectively prevent asymptomatic DVT and recover the patient fast and has significant clinical value.关键词
