Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of kneading new renying point in the alleviation of vasospasm in patients undergoing PICC.Methods 92 patients undergoing PICC and occurring vasospasm were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,46 cases for each group.The control group were treated with local hot compress and the observation group were kneaded the new renying point.The treatment effect was observed in both groups.Results The time for the alleviation of vasospasm,the time for the completion of puncture,and the pain score when being placed catheter were (2.21±0.94) min,(5.21±1.14) min,and (2.18±0.82) in the observation group and were (5.36±1.18) min,(12.46±1.42) min,and (4.65±0.93) in the control group,with statistical differences (t=14.16,27.00,13.51,P＜0.01).Conclusions Kneading new renying point can quickly alleviate vasospasm in patients undergoing PICC,relieve the patients' pain,and improve the success rate of PICC.关键词
