Performance Analysis of R & D Input and Output in China's Equipment Manufacturing Industry---Based on the three National Economic Censuses

Abstract
〔Abstract〕 Using data from the three national economic censuses , DEA method is used to analyse the performance of R&D input and output of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry . The results show that :the R&D input and output of the equipment manufacturing in-dustry in China has a large proportion in the manufacturing industry , and the growth rate is relatively fast . However , the DEA is invalid and the total factor productivity is declining , the main reason is that the scale efficiency is invalid and the state is of decline . Therefore , it should become a priority to improve the scale efficiency of China's equipment manufacturing industry .关键词
