摘要
Abstract
The enlightenment of the orientation of ecological civilization to the innovation of government management in the con -struction of the Central Plains Economic Zone is reflected as the new thinking of coordinated development “without sacrifice of ecology and environment”.It is also embodied in promoting the transformation of the government to be converted from micro -economic field to macro-management , market supervision , social management and public goods supply .The enlightenment is also reflected in the attempt of environmental governance of cross-administrative regions and collaborative construction by governments at all levels .关键词
