抢劫是一种多发且性质十分严重的暴力性犯罪。抢劫罪的基本特征是以非法占有为目的，使用暴力、胁迫或者其他方法，强行劫取公私财物。它侵犯的法益既包括他人的财产权，又包括他人的人身权。暴力是抢劫的主要实现路径之一，其表现形式多样。通过探讨暴力的特征、分析暴力的程度标准及其认定、探索暴力与获取财物的关系准确把握抢劫罪中暴力的性质与特点。
