Analysis of the spatial polarization effect of development transforming to public governance in the zones
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, a spatial economic equilibrium model is introduced for analyzing the determinants and mechanisms that enhance the level of development transforming to public governance in the zones. The results show that consumer and producer equilibria lead to an equilibrium of spatial polarization effects of development transfor⁃ming to public governance in a development zone. Equilibrium analysis shows that the core problem with the spatial polarization effect is that it inhibits the realization of spatial agglomeration of the production factors. Numerical simu⁃lation results indicate that excessive or early implementation of trade liberalization will not achieve development transforming to public governance in a development zone with the expected effect. The numerical simulation shows that as long as the spatial polarization effect is significant, the spatial agglomeration of rents will present a "hump shape" interacting with a"U" curve. The actual policy significance is that when the spatial polarization effect of the development transforming to public governance in the development zone reaches equilibrium, even the subtle policy shifts can lead to changes in state.关键词
